90-Day Guarantee

Every order is covered by our 90-day guarantee from the date your item is delivered.

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 90 days of delivery at support@skalvco.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed, we may offer a return, exchange, replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible at support@skalvco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue
  • A short explanation of what is wrong

The sooner you contact us, the easier it is for us to resolve the issue quickly.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue.

Minor packaging damage caused during shipping does not qualify for a refund if the product itself is undamaged.

Returns

To return an item under our 90-day guarantee, please contact us first at support.skalvco@gmail.com so we can provide return instructions.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Returned items should be in their original condition and include any original packaging, tags, or accessories where possible.

Reasonable try-on is accepted, but items that are damaged, misused, heavily worn, or returned in an unsuitable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

For change-of-mind returns, preference-based returns, or returns where there is no fault with the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We may offer an exchange if your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or if there is an issue covered by our 90-day guarantee.

If you would like to exchange an item, contact us at support@skalvco.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@skalvco.com.

We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed by our fulfilment team, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

If your order appears delayed, please contact us at support@skalvco.com and we will help investigate the issue.

In some cases, we may need to wait for updated tracking information before a refund or replacement can be approved.

Orders Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office, neighbours, household members, building reception, or any safe delivery location first.

If the order still cannot be located, contact us at support@skalvco.com and we will help investigate the issue.

In some cases, we may request confirmation from the local carrier before approving a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping fees, taxes, duties, and other delivery-related charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns or preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a reliable shipping carrier with tracking, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
